Venture Co-Founder - Regulatory Tech (m/f/d)

Job Description

GoGroup GmbH is looking for an experienced Co-Founder for an upcoming venture in the regulatory tech space. GoGroup’s Venture Development team is looking to team up with ambitious and driven individuals in the regulatory context to build the next generation of Software-As-A--Service offerings. The focus of the project is on various highly regulated industries, where software can significantly facilitate and accelerate the production and ongoing assurance of regulatory compliance.

Tasks

• Building a new, innovative SAAS company in the regulatory SAAS space.
• Running the business with full responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Building, leading and motivating your own energetic and results-oriented team.
• Identifying opportunities and potential for improvement in an entrepreneurial manner.
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders, investors and business partners (internal and external).

Profile

• Strong understanding of international accounting standards (India & EU)
• Excellent skills with spreadsheets and ability/openness to adapt AI into day to day work
• Proficiency in financial modeling and accounting software
• Experience liaising with cross-border teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
