Sascha is a Founding Partner at GoGroup. Living with a successful entrepreneur in Silicon Valley during high school, set his direction early. He graduated top 5% from WHU, then joined Rocket Internet, helping to launch Groupon and Zalando across four continents. He left to found Casacanda, building Europe's leading design shopping club and selling the company to Fab.com. He went on to lead product internationally through Fab's rise to a billion-dollar valuation. After that he turned his sights to the construction industry building Homebell and selling it to a major European insurer.

Nico is a Founding Partner at GoGroup. He spent seven years in the US studying astrophysics at Harvard and living in the heart of Silicon Valley learning the ropes from the best. Before that, he was a World Champion pole vaulter, which is where his competitive streak comes from. He built and ran business development for HelloFresh including it's US launch. He then went deep on the automotive industry, building and selling Caroobi, and then moving on to build Helloparts. He travels every chance he gets, and is happiest working with founders who are smart, ambitious, and a little impatient like him.

Shishir is a Founding Partner at GoGroup. He grew up helping run his father's trading business before studying Computer Engineering at NIT Hamirpur. He got his start in tech through Google Summer of Code, then worked as a developer building products for the US market, while co-founding an elevator parts marketplace on the side. He later joined Fab.com and led a significant part of its engineering team during its rise to unicorn. In 2015, he became CTO at Homebell, building its engineering centre in India from the ground up. Around the same time, he partnered with Nico to build the same for Caroobi.
